Generation Farms is offering Explorations in Equine Facilitated Wellness. This is an introduction into the field of Equine Facilitated Wellness, the role of the equine, safety issues when working with equines and humans and other core concepts of EFW. It will feature two days of experiential learning combined with a distance learning component. It will interest to Mental Health and other Human Services Professionals, Life Coaches and Educators, Equine Professionals and those exploring new ways of approaching your work. This is a great sport where people can compete with their minis up to full horse sizes on an equal level as the challenges are accomplished unmounted (similar to dog agility). Sooke Saddle Club Dressage Show & Tell. at the Metchosin Ring. Sooke Saddle Club has organized this day to help you with your dressage training. This is a schooling show and tell clinic set up in three phases. You will ride a test, judged as normal. The judge will then go through your test with you, showing you where you can make improvements and pick up more marks. You will then ride the same test again, to see if you can improve on your original marks! The tests will be ridden in a 20X60.
